Making Connections

Ascension Travel Services combines the expertise of three trusted partners into one complete travel solution: Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Bank of America and a new team at Ascension Health Ministry Service Center.

The Ministry Service Center is the primary connection to our travel program partners. Our dedicated team supports travelers with customer service, training, reporting and processing travel-related expenses.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel handles travel management, offering simple, easy online and mobile booking and exceptional customer service for Ascension business travelers.

Bank of America provides our new Ascension travel credit cards.

Significant Savings

Ascension Travel Services is projected to save more than $10 million a year based on current travel and expense spending of $50 million (beginning with year four of the program). Through the benefits of consolidated contracting, the savings on travel expenses will be realized directly every time an associate of a Health Ministry, Ascension or other subsidiary takes business travel. The Ascension Travel Services program will be funded through new revenue streams created by travel-related rebates and incentives and the consolidated credit card program.
